We are looking for skilled Network & Wireless Support (Level 2 / Level
3) to monitor, support, and optimise enterprise wireless and network environments for a Top Brand in Canada and the US and its clients.
This role is ideal for a technically strong network agent who thrives in complex, SLA-driven environments and enjoys working across wireless, LAN, WAN, and security technologies.
You will play a key role in ensuring network availability, performance, and reliability while supporting both operational and project-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control the performance and status of wireless and network components for the Client and its clients
- Perform complex testing, analysis, and troubleshooting of wireless and network technologies
- Diagnose and resolve advanced network issues using specialised software and hardware tools
- Implement solutions, modifications, installations, and maintenance of wireless and network equipment
- Coordinate with field services technicians to ensure successful completion of onsite activities
- Provide network administration support including maintenance, redesign, and implementation
- Evaluate and estimate new telecommunications implementations (LAN, WAN, security, etc.)
- Produce operational documentation and maintain the technical knowledge base
- Create and maintain reports including Capacity & Performance, Availability, SLA, and volumetric reporting
- Participate in a rotational 24 / 7 on-call support schedule
- Work shifts and occasional after-hours or weekend work as required
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and evolving network strategies
- Interface with project managers, customer experience managers, network designers, and architects
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Adhere to incident, problem, and change management processes
- Strong technical documentation skills (including Microsoft Visio)
- Ability to design and implement complex business solutions while considering technical and financial impacts
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and operational rigor
- Ability to negotiate and resolve issues in sensitive business environments
- Confident communicator, including at executive and stakeholder level
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- 1–3 years' experience supporting complex or distributed enterprise networks
- Strong hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and Telecommunications environments
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and core network protocols and services, including
- TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP
- BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP v1 / v2
- VLANs, VTP, Trunking, Port-Channeling, Spanning Tree
- Experience supporting and managing
- Routers, switches, firewalls
- SD-WAN appliances
- Network Access Control (NAC) solutions
- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies and enterprise Wi-Fi environments
- Experience with authentication mechanisms (RADIUS, TACACS)
- VPN technologies, including IPSec remote access solutions
- Experience producing wired and wireless network designs
- Background in network operations and service support
