The role involves:

• Analysis and Design:
  Examine documentation such as business requirements and specifications, derive appropriate test estimates, and formulate a strategic test approach to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Implementation:
  Develop manual functional test cases that adhere to internal standards and best practices, and manage them within the test management tool.
• Execution:
  Execute tests using the relevant tools, ensuring that each test is conducted methodically and accurately.
• Defect Management:
  Log defects found during testing, follow up on their progress, and retest once resolved.
• Retesting and Regression Testing:
  Conduct both retesting and regression testing to ensure that software changes have not adversely affected existing functionality, and maintain the regression test pack.
• Reporting:
  Create test progress and completion reports, leveraging automated reporting capabilities where possible.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  Create documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• At least 1 year of experience in a software testing role
• ISTQB certifications are advantageous
