Our client has an exciting position for a Senior HR Practitioner.

Job Purpose:

The day to day running of the human resource department.

Recruitment and Selection handling recruitment processes, developing job descriptions, updates where necessary, and ensuring compliance with Labour laws.

Employee Relations Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and developing strategies to improve engagement and retention of staff within the business.

Performance Management overseeing performance appraisal and management processes to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.

HR Policy development creating and updating company HR policies and procedures, to ensure that we are always compliant as a company.

Staff Time Management manage staff attendance, leave management, time-off requests. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of staff working hours. Leave always to be pre-approved.

Employee Data Management maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database.

Labour law compliance relevant laws and regulations i.e., Employment Equity

Payroll Administration manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of staff. Liaising with the company that payroll is outsourced to.
