Our client is currently recruiting an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the business. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who is equally comfortable with hands-on operational HR and driving a strong company culture.

You will play a key role in talent management, compliance, employee relations, and supporting leadership to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implement and execute the HR strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Lead and manage HR operations, administration, reporting, and HR team members
  • Ensure full compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies
  • Manage industrial relations matters, including discipline and dispute resolution
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and supporting processes
  • Design and drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
  • Coach and support leaders on complex people and performance-related matters
  • Own talent management strategies including performance, development, and retention
  • Conduct training needs analysis and oversee learning, induction, and onboarding programmes
  • Analyse compensation and benefits trends; manage salary benchmarking and pay equity
  • Oversee total rewards, wellness, and employee retention initiatives
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for non-executive roles, aligned with EE objectives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including exit analysis
  • Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with company values
  • Drive transformation, BBBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development compliance

Key Attributes Required:

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in Human Resources
  • A minimum of 9 years experience as a HR Generalist, with at least 3 years in a Senior Management
