Position Summary:
The Assistant Front Desk Manager supervises and motivates the Guest Services team to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, balancing financial and guest service's needs, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Qualifications:

• Front-of-house supervisory experience in upscale cruise lines, hotels, or resorts.
• Knowledge of US cash handling and foreign exchange procedures.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

The Assistant Front Desk Manager helps deliver industry-leading customer service to our guests by supervising, motivating, and coaching members of the Guest Services team. He/she provides a variety of services in the Guest Services desk; helps balance the operational needs between the Financial and Guest Services divisions; oversees and plans a balanced front desk schedule; and ensures maximum compliance with all internal requirements and external authorities.

Candidates must have front-of-the-house supervisory experience in an upscale cruise line, hotel, or resort as well as working knowledge of US cash handling procedures and foreign exchange.
