What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading daily restaurant operations across front and back of house
- Driving guest experience and service excellence
- Building, mentoring and retaining a high-performing team
- Managing costs, stock and operational efficiency
- Ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety and labour regulations
