We have a full-time therapist opportunity available for someone with experience working with neurodivergent kids and teens (diagnosed with ASD, ADHD or related conditions).

Two of our families overseas are looking for a full-time therapist: one to support their daughter and the other to support their son.

• Provide support sessions to work on the client’s specific and individualised goals.
• Equip the client with skills to generalise across all settings.
• Implement individualised programs tailored to the client’s needs, interests, and strengths.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other professionals.
• Understand the client s profile and provide support in their areas of difficulty.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Facilitate positive interactions and social skills development.

• Background in psychology, special needs education, or a related course is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with neurodivergent kids or teens (diagnosed with ASD, ADHD or related conditions) is required.
• Strong understanding of behavioural management techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
• Compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Flexible with schedule.
• Creative and innovative.
• Willing to be assigned abroad.

We provide supervision and ongoing training.
