As a Spa Therapist, you will provide professional massage, body, and facial treatments to promote relaxation and well-being. You are responsible for ensuring a high-quality guest experience through expert technique and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Treatments:
Deliver various massages, facials, wraps, and beauty therapies. - Consultation:
Assess guest needs and medical history to recommend suitable services. - Maintain Standards:
Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked. - Product Sales:
Educate clients on skincare and promote retail product sales. - Guest
Experience:
Ensure a tranquil atmosphere and address guest concerns promptly.
- Optional:
Valid state license or certification in Massage Therapy or Esthetics. - Must have proven experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and skincare products.
