Finance Manager – Shared Services Centre (Head Office)
Are you a seasoned finance leader ready to drive excellence in a centralised finance function? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Shared Services Centre, overseeing Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, Record to Report, and Stock Management.
In this role, you’ll:- Lead and optimise transactional finance processes across multiple sites
- Ensure governance, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Drive continuous improvement and track team performance through KPIs
- CA qualification with 10+ years in finance management within a shared services environment
- FMCG experience is a plus
- Proven process optimisation and analytical skills
