Head of Finance

Financial Reporting & Strategy:
Develop and manage financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business strategy.

Financial Operations:
Oversee finance team operations, process efficiency, working capital management, and cash flow optimization. Ensure compliance with audits, risk management, corporate insurance, and financial governance.

Payroll:
Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, tax compliance, and payroll service provider engagements.

Financial Forecasting:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives.

Board Committees:
Prepare board, audit and risk, investment committee packs.

Education & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (South Africa) / CA(SA)

At least 7 years experience in a similar role

• Proven experience in financial strategy development, forecasting, and risk management

Experience managing working capital, liquidity, and cash flow optimization

• Strong background in financial analysis, cost control, and business performance improvement
• Knowledge of tax regulations, corporate governance, and compliance requirements
