Financial Accountant North

Overview

A leading logistics and supply chain group is seeking a hands-on Financial Accountant to manage reporting, costing, tax compliance, and system integration. The ideal candidate is mature, independent, and experienced in logistics or supply chain environments.

• BCom in Accounting/Finance (CIMA/CA a plus)
• 5+ years in financial accounting roles
• Strong costing, reporting & consolidation skills
• Advanced Excel & Sage Evolution (or similar ERP)
• Tax compliance knowledge (VAT, corporate tax)
• Logistics/Supply Chain exposure preferred

• Monthly/quarterly financial statements & packs
• Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Audit support & tax compliance
• Inventory control & process improvement
