The PACE apprenticeship at Grace Adventures Paradise Ranch (Silver Lake, MI) equips young professionals to be successful and balanced in the Christian Camping industry. The purpose of this 14-month program is to provide college graduates with a short-term, full-time, real ministry experience. The apprentice will grow in personal character, understanding of camp ministry, and skills specific to using horses in ministry.

Activities include managing a herd of 40+ horses, facilitating horse-assisted team building activities, leading year-round horsemanship experiences for youth and adults, and communicating the core values of Grace Adventures to ensure that guests are impacted with Jesus Christ.
