Position: E-commerce Support

To keep delivering a five-star experience for every online customer, we're seeking a sharp-eyed, can-do individual to join our HQ-based Ecommerce team in an Ecommerce Support role. In this highly collaborative role, you'll use your initiative and attention to detail to keep  performing at its peak.

This role requires someone meticulous, logical and commercially minded. You don't just spot opportunities, you make them happen. Whether it's improving processes or actioning customer feedback, you contribute to creating a seamless, customer-first online experience that ultimately equips them for peak performance.

Responsibilities
  • Meticulously and proactively ensure website content is accurate, up to date and visually engaging.
  • Assist customers online and telephonically, resolving queries, providing product guidance, assisting with returns and following up timeously.
  • Process and track online orders, coordinating with our Distribution Centre and stores to ensure orders are fulfilled without delay.
  • Support online campaigns and promotions, ensuring pricing and content are accurate to maximise results, and swiftly resolve any challenges that could affect performance.
  • Collaborate proactively with teams across the business to keep website operations running smoothly and ensure seamless fulfilment of orders.
  • Proactively flag opportunities, champion customer quotes through to conversion, and optimise processes to support growth in online sales.
  • Maintain accurate reports, track performance metrics and identify insights that support continuous improvement.
