Requirements
- At least 1 year International Customer Service experience (UK or USA)
- Contact Centre experience (voice)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
- Must be willing to work shifts (4pm – 2am & 5pm – 3am)
- Must come from or close to Mount Edgecombe – easy commute areas
- R5500 Basic + R1000 shift allowance
- Incentives + commission
