ARE YOU OUR NEXT CSD AGENT?

The CSD Agent will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a smooth delivery process on behalf of City Logistics ensuring Customer satisfaction.

YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS:

• Customer Service Planning.
• Co-ordination of deliveries between client and delivery points.
• Follow up on customer shipments until delivered.
• KPI measurement and reporting for customers.
• Providing quality customer service to clients.
• Compile and Manage CSD Reports.
• Client visits as and when required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12.
• A customer service-related qualification would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge and previous experience working in Customer Service with at least one year experience in the logistics industry.
• Knowledge of Operations Planning.
• Good working experience and sound knowledge of CSD software.
• Willing to work Saturdays, public holidays and long hour shifts.
• Own reliable vehicle is essential.
• Code 08/EB Driver’s license essential.
