Role Overview
Blu Pool Services is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination and control of swimming pool construction and renovation projects.
This role bridges the gap between field operations and office coordination, ensuring projects run efficiently, safely and within budget.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
• Coordinate swimming pool construction and renovation projects
• Schedule labour and resources for construction jobs
• Monitor project progress and update internal systems
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates
• Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking
• Ensure safety analysis forms are completed for all sites
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Liaise with site foremen and technicians
• Assist with procurement and material planning when required
