Site Foreman Safety Officers

Scope of Responsibilities

Personnel Supervision & Operations:
Supervise workshop and / or field personnel on day-to-day tasks. Ensure work is completed to standard on time and within scope. Oversee and support mechanical and technical repair work. Monitor and sign off on the completion of PDI documents for new and second‑hand machines. Review and sign off daily tool room documents (e.g. picking lists stock take sheets). Enforce compliance with safety quality and operational procedures.

Manage resources tools and materials required for job execution. Provide frequent updates to management on production and operational matters. Immediately report any production delays or issues to relevant managers. Plan jobs allocate tasks and provide hands‑on assistance where required. Train mentor and evaluate workshop staff and apprentices. Ensure daily housekeeping and maintenance of the workshop / site environment.
