Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team in Durban, South Africa. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of construction projects, including but not limited to:

- Assisting with the preparation of construction sites by cleaning, loading, and unloading materials - Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools - Assisting with the installation and assembly of building structures and systems - Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and other materials - Assisting with the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Following all safety protocols and regulations on site - Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or related field - Knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different heights - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
