You are

• Reassuring, able to create secure bonds and guarantee a warm welcome
• Caring, attentive to children’s daily needs and overall health
• Curious, motivated to work with children in a unique and multicultural environment

You will

• Welcome and supervise children at the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and Petit Club (2 to 3 years)
• Create and animate age‑appropriate activities and events based on children’s interests and development
• Assist children in all daily routines such as washing, dressing, meals, playtime and naps
• Communicate clearly and regularly with parents about their child’s day and progress
• Encourage toddlers’ emotional security while reassuring parents with a professional and caring approach
• Comply with hygiene, safety and legal standards in place for the Baby/Petit Club

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
