Sales Supervisor Hardware / Building Materials (12 month contract)

This role is for a natural leader who enjoys coaching people, driving performance, and solving real customer and operational challenges. You’ll sit between management, sales, and operations, making things happen.
What you’ll be doing- Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives
- Setting targets and tracking performance and KPIs
- Coaching, mentoring, and addressing underperformance
- Supporting key accounts and high-value deals
- Handling complex customer and internal challenges
- Preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Working closely with logistics and finance teams
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4–8 years sales experience (glass or building materials preferred)
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Leadership growth
- Real decision-making power
- Fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Strong mix of people management and strategy
