Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RFQ/tender processes to meet business needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods per specifications and policies.
  • Source suppliers in line with PFMA and PPPFA.
  • Approve orders within delegated authority.
  • Monitor and close open orders in the system.
  • Compile monthly reports (e.g., CAPEX, supplier performance).
  • Train and support procurement staff.
  • Advise regional staff on procurement policies and regulations.
  • Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and manage staff performance and skills.
  • Support Procurement Operations Manager with tasks/projects.
  • Oversee capital expenditure and sourcing in the region.
