Key Responsibilities

Research and analyse new markets to identify potential partners and opportunities.

Establish and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients.

Guide and support partners in marketing, product training, and after-sales service.

Conduct regular client visits and market assessments to drive growth.

Manage export processes, customer pricing, and product master data.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Accounts.

Prepare market analysis reports, visit summaries, and management presentations.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).

5+ years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within French-speaking African markets.

Proven track record in export or international market development.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent follow-up.

Computer literate (MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems like SAP or Pastel advantageous).

Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

Education

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering will be highly advantageous.
