Business Systems/ Tech Analyst, Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Analyse, document, and optimise business processes across the project value chain.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture AS-IS processes, business rules, and control points.
Design TO-BE processes using process engineering principles to support standardisation, efficiency, and improved service delivery.
Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and rationalisation opportunities.
Develop BPMN process models and supporting artefacts (process maps, SIPOC, RACI, SOPs).
Translate optimised processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements for digital enablement.
Support governance, compliance, audit inputs, and change management activities.
Collaborate with business, ICT, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and traceability.
Qualifications
Matric and Information Systems bachelors degree or equivalent (NQF Level
7), Qualification in Business Analysis and/or Process Engineering.
Experience
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on process analysis and improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in process rationalization or transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience working on multi-stakeholder initiatives involving policy, compliance, and operational processes.
