Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Specialist to join their team in the Beverage Production Industry in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the SAP system to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert and custodian of SAP ECC.

Accountable for SAP access control for the business.

Accountable for all SAP reporting including sales reporting.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of company wide budget management and reporting in SAP.

Maintaining existing data and changes to Pricing, WSPs, pricing conditions and discounting on the SAP system.

Accountable for opening and closing of month-end and year-end processes as well as the emailing of statements.

Accountable for annual audit preparation.

Responsible for the preparation of financial accounts for audit purposes. May be required to present information to auditors.

Manages the EDI process.

Accountable for end-to-end materials management process on SAP including the capturing and maintenance of full costing around the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Costing Diploma or Degree is mandatory.

3-5 years’ experience working on SAP is essential.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SCM, CRM, and BI

Must be SAP certified.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and support

ABAP experience is advantageous.
