Our client in the Finance Industry is searching for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Durban on a Hybrid basis.
The Business Analyst will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
Responsibilities
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsPerform quality assuranceDefine reporting and alerting requirementsOwn and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integrationHelp design, document and maintain system processesReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teamCommunicate key insights and findings to product teamConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customerRequirements:
BCom in Information Systems or other high quality tertiary education certificate, diploma or degreeMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience pertaining to business analysis, in an IT agile software development environment.API Development and/or testing experience preferred.Financial services industry experience preferredHire Resolve is a top-tier recruitment firm that focuses on placing skilled professionals in permanent employment.
