KEY RESPONSIBILES

Team Supervision & Support:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with the team to ensure targets are met.
• Assist in managing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Sales and Customer Relationship Management:

• Support sales activities related to air compressors and related equipment (dryers, pressure vessels etc).
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to secure repeat business and address customer concerns.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

• Assist with monitoring inventory levels of compressors, parts, and accessories.
• Ensure that stock is replenished in time and managed efficiently.

Maintenance and Technical Support:

• Ensure that air compressors are properly maintained and serviced.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support as needed, either on-site or in collaboration with the technical team.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to air compressor operations.
• Implement safety standards and procedures to protect workers and customers.

Administrative Duties:

• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and documentation related to the sales and service processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• 5+ Years experience in the understanding of air compressor systems, operations, and maintenance
• Tertiary qualification in HVAC/Trade Test in Air conditioning & Refrigeration/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (an added advantage)

RUMUNERATION

R16,000 To R25,000 (Negotiable depending on qualification and experience)
