Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and office duties.
- Assist with client communication via phone, email or Whats App.
- Prepare and update client information and internal records.
- Support the sales and marketing team with scheduling and follow-ups.
- Organize meetings, appointments and documents as needed.
- Ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email and basic admin systems).
- Professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
