Junior Accountant

Duties and responsibilities:

- Checking prepaid reports to ensure all units are being measured for both electricity and water consumption.
- Checking that revenue has been collected for the consumption.
- Conducting audit checks of meters on site when necessary.
- Compiling analysis reports on what revenue has not been collected.
- Updating utility analysis schedules every month.
- Checking and monitoring warranty periods of all geysers.
- Compiling billing schedules and additional recovery schedules.
- Assisting with other accounts related functions as and when needed.

Minimum job requirements:

- Accounting qualification (diploma or degree)
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Own transport with drivers licence

- Strong EXCEL knowledge and skills
- Strong organisational skills needed
- Problem resolution skills
- Sound communication skills
