- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, VAT, etc.).
- Support auditors during financial audits.
- Handle general administrative and bookkeeping duties as required.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
- Diploma in Bookkeeping / Accounting (Essential).
- Minimum of 2–4 years bookkeeping experience.
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
