• Operate machinery to produce stainless steel tubes
• Use computers to determine proper job sequence and report production amounts and time on the job
• Load and unload material from the machines while constantly monitoring operation of machinery
• Adjust production where needed according to work instructions and procedures
• Conduct in‑process quality checks
• Additional report generation may be required in this role
• Ensure proper safety protocols are being observed
• Work closely with the maintenance team to keep all machinery running properly
• Participate in process improvement and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as helping train new operators

• HS diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience as an equipment operator in a manufacturing setting is a plus
• Previous experience in the stainless steel tubing industry is not mandatory, but a plus
• Excellent communication skills to understand work instructions
• Proficient in the use of measurement devices including tape measures and micrometers
