Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, youll be responsible for  reading water meters  and involved with  utility billing services  with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding, installing, programming, and operating  Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technologies  and systems for water meters and meter reading equipment within the city of Durango's water distribution system.
