As a Client Connection Specialist, you are the first voice clients hear. This is a salaried position with commission opportunities, designed for someone who wants to master the fundamentals of real estate from the inside out.

• Create Connections: Spend your day engaging with people through inbound and outbound conversations.
• Provide Red Carpet Service: Use excellent communication to understand a client's needs and connect them with the right agent on our team.
• Master the Tech: Use systems like Follow Up Boss and SISU to track leads and ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Maintain Consistency: Follow up with potential buyers and sellers with the "Resilience" required to build long‑term relationships.

This is a salaried position plus performance-based commission. We provide the leads, the training, and the technology; you provide the voice and the energy.
