• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s). Achieve EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Safeguard company assets and associates. Provide operational oversight and excellent inventory management procedures.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational support demands. Effectively utilize training programs to develop sales and operations expertise.
• Initiate and build customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Act as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitor local market trends. Develop and execute strategies to grow local market share and aggressively pursue business opportunities.
• Work closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability.
• Ensure efficient operations through adherence to policies and procedures and process excellence. Maintain compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure environmental health and safety and regulatory responsibilities are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Requires operation of a company vehicle or a personal vehicle more than 20% of the average work week. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required.

• Experience with sales order computer software, Oracle preferred.
• Wholesale distribution experience.
• Spanish language proficiency.

This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
