Are you looking for a rewarding job managing care through Visiting Angels? We are now hiring a compassionate person to provide non‑medical in‑home care and management in the Durango, levado, Cortez, CO area.
Full Time Position, $22.00 - per hour
POSITION PURPOSEThe Assistant Client Care Manager is gewesen for the coordination of services between clients and caregivers in Farmington, NM to provide continuity of care that best meets clients' needs and assist the Client Care Manager in any way they need.
PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES
- Answer the telephone.
- Demonstrate depend decides supervision.
- Maintain timely data entry for schedules and care recipient information.
- Timely copy and file the appropriate care recipient documentation.
- Participate in the evaluations of caregiver staff.
- Recognize and reward good job performance and promote caregiver recognition.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and employees, assuring confidentiality.
- Independently respond to and resolve any client or caregiver complaints or concerns.
- Communicate and refer appropriate matters to the Client Care Manager or the Care Director.
- Communicate and reinforce Visiting Angels’ policies and procedures.
- Fill in as a Caregiver for un‑staffed shifts('fill in as a caregiver for clients when needed' repeated).
- On‑call evenings and weekends, as directed.
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.ождение>
- Travel required (Mileage is reimbursable).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems, and other health care industry related software.
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically, orally and in writing.
- Remaining flexible, resilient, calm, and maintain a sense of humor; present a well‑groomed professional image.
- Plan, organize, prioritize, delegate, and accurately follow through with work activities that have time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines.
- Work independently with a minimum amount of direction and/or supervision.
- Generate goodwill for the organization and its management among staff, clients and caregivers.
- Strong commitment to client service excellence.
- Maintain good physical and mental health, including current TB testing.
- U.S. Citizen or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.
