Coordinator of Outreach & Donor Relations

** Minimum Qualifications
** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience; years of experience in Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, and initiatives simultaneously;

Intermediate skills with computers and CRMs or customer-focused databases;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;  
** Preferred Qualifications
** Familiarity with the higher education landscape;

Experience with email marketing platforms and other digital tools;
Proficiency in creating and implementing standard operating procedures/protocols;

Background in higher education, nonprofit, or advancement settings.
** Major Responsibilities
** Maintain a working knowledge of the donor pipeline and lifecycle, and provide support for strategies that encourage donor acquisition and retention  
** Other duties as assigned
** Fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
