CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $50,000–$80,000

- Manage the parts sales process from initial guest inquiry through part identification, ordering, and final invoicing.
- Work with the Parts Manager to locate or source parts not currently in stock.
- Process and track special-order requests for guests and internal service needs.
- Communicate proactively with guests regarding order status and notify them when parts arrive.
- Provide friendly, professional communication with guests, technicians, and team members.
- Participate in the annual parts inventory (mandatory attendance).
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to parts operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales preferred
. - Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (6+ hours).
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform bending, kneeling, squatting, or stooping as needed.
