Overview
The Fleet Safety & DOT Manager supports ABM’s enterprise-wide fleet safety, DOT compliance, and technology‑driven risk management programs. ABM operates a diverse fleet of approximately 6,000 vehicles , including 1,650 DOT‑regulated drivers and 1,000 DOT‑regulated (MCS‑150) vehicles .
This role is responsible for managing DOT compliance, enhancing fleet safety performance, and optimizing ABM’s AI Camera & Telematics Program in partnership with Motive. The position collaborates closely with Operations, Safety, HR, Legal, and Risk to reduce fleet-related incidents, maintain regulatory compliance, and support safety excellence across ABM.
Pay: $90,000.00– $
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
The exact offer depends on experience, skills, and market data; eligible for an annual bonus.
