Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members.
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items, trade‑ups, companion items.
• Process cash, voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, exchanges.
• Maintain clean counters, shelves, merchandised displays; take inventory; keep records.
• Perform checks in and pricing of merchandise as required.
• Implement asset protection procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, complete resets and revisions.
• Assist with food separation and proper placement; perform stock rotation.
• Maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure clean store condition.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
