Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise system initiatives with a primary focus on SAP deployment and integration. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful system implementations, process alignment, and high-quality documentation across the full deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Business Systems & SAP Deployment
- Support SAP deployment initiatives, including requirement gathering, documentation, system validation, and post-deployment support
- Analyze existing business processes and translate requirements into functional system designs
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with business needs and operational goals
- Assist with data transitions, system integrations, and downstream reporting impacts

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business u , developers, and system owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and design discussions with business and technical teams
- Communicate system changes, risks, and dependencies clearly to impacted teams

Documentation & Process Improvement
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and test cases
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current systems and recommend improvements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations

Testing & Deployment Support
- Coordinate testing activities and validate system functionality against requirements
- Support deployment readiness, cutover activities, and stabilization efforts
- Assist with troubleshooting, defect tracking, and resolution during and after go-live

Compensation: $50/hour to $60/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and data flows
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Exposure to SAP implementations or integrations
- Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, or SQL
- Experience supporting large-scale system deployments or ERP transformations
