As our Recruiter for Professional Staffing, you’re tasked with managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will identify, attract, interview, and submit qualified candidates to our client base and deliver an exceptional candidate and customer experience. The core responsibility is to achieve or exceed commercial targets.
Tasks- identify candidates by leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
- build a strong talent pipeline for current and future placements
- partner with our Account Executives and clients to thoroughly understand the job requirements
- match top candidates with job openings based on skills, experience, and client expectations
- present shortlisted candidates
- guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process from application to onboarding and quality checks during the assignment
- extend job offers and ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates
- maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry
- experience or strong familiarity with manufacturing, high-tech, construction, mobility, energy or a similar industry
- track record of at least 2-3 monthly placements
- experience with negotiating pay rates with candidates
- relevant local network of candidates that fit with YER HR Solutions’ network of clients
- thrive in a fast-paced environment with qualitative and quantitative goals
- skilled in using applicant tracking platforms and recruitment tools such as Linked In Recruiter
- professional and creative in engaging candidates and generating excitement about client opportunities
- negotiation skills to create win-win-win situations for the candidates, clients, and YER
- ability to sniff out deal breakers and pitfalls that could prevent a placement
- able to work in a hybrid environment – at least 1 day per week in-office after a successful training phase
