Financial Analyst, Financial Consultant
We are currently interviewing and ready to hire a Paraplanner for our Dunwoody office. This is a permanent, in‑office position with a salary range of $50,000–$70,000+, based on experience and licensure. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical professional to support our Financial Advisors in delivering accurate, compliant, and high‑quality financial guidance. This role plays a key part in preparing, modeling, and documenting comprehensive financial plans in a fast‑paced environment.
As part of our centralized financial planning department, the Paraplanner will collaborate with a team to develop plans for the firm’s top individual and team‑based advisors, ensuring all recommendations align with client goals and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and model comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, cash flow, insurance, tax, and estate planning
- Analyze client financial information and develop projections and strategy comparisons
- Conduct research on up‑to‑date investment products, strategies, and financial solutions
- Assist in the preparation of financial planning deliverables and supplemental analysis reports
- Ensure all advice documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Support advisers with client meeting preparation, particularly regarding client goal‑based recommendations within their dedicated planning software
- Maintain accurate, efficient, and organized client records and update CRM and planning systems frequently
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience in paraplanning, fee‑based planning, or a financial services support role
- Securities Licensed –
Preferred - Stable job history and detail‑oriented
- Working knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Emoney, Holistiplan, and/or Right Capital Planning Software –
Preferred - Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong efficiency, speed, and organizational skills
- Client‑focused and quality‑driven
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
$50,000–$70,000 per year.
