Interviewing now and ready to hire an experienced Investment Coordinator for our Dunwoody office. This opportunity offers a salary of $50,000-$80,000, depending on the level of experience and licensure. It is an in‑office position supporting 10 Financial Advisors to process business on an as‑needed basis. Must be licensed and technologically savvy, with a strong attention to detail. The Investment Coordinator plays a key support role within the financial services firm, providing operational, administrative, and client‑service support to advisors and investment professionals.

This position will keep the back‑end operations and client experience running smoothly by processing all of the business for the advisors (data entry).

Qualifications
  • Securities Licensed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in financial services, investment operations, or advisor support
  • Strong understanding of investment products and account types
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Series 7 and/or Series 66 license
  • Knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations
  • Experience with portfolio management or trading systems
