As a Finance Operations Analyst
, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our global operations running smoothly. Your work ensures accurate financial data, timely billing and collections, and clean processes that support month‑end close, reporting, and cash flow management.

This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of AR, AP, billing, and finance operations
, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting teams across a fast‑growing, global SaaS organization.

• Support day‑to‑day finance operations with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, and collections
• Ensure accurate transaction processing and clean financial data to support month‑end close and reporting
• Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing, invoicing, and payment issues
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Use Excel and ERP systems to support financial accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance finance workflows

• Hands‑on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with billing, invoicing, and collections
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑volume finance environment
• Solid Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong accountability and follow‑through

• Spanish (preferred) or Portuguese language skills
• Familiarity with procure‑to‑pay (P2P) or order‑to‑cash (OTC) processes
