Director of Corporate FP&A | High-Visibility Leadership Role

📍 Atlanta Metro | Hybrid (4 days onsite)

We’re partnering with a Fortune 500, publicly traded organization to hire a Director of Corporate FP&A due to an internal promotion. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role at corporate HQ and directly influence enterprise-level financial strategy.

• Lead corporate FP&A initiatives including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Build and own complex financial models (3-statement, valuations, strategic analysis)
• Deliver insights across the full financial reporting package
• Partner cross-functionally and work closely with Treasury and senior leadership
• Manage and mentor team members while driving high-impact analysis

• Public company FP&A experience
• Currently a Senior Manager or Director (or ready for that step)
• Deep expertise in forecasting, budgeting, strategic finance, and modeling
• Experience supporting enterprise-level financial reporting (not just BU-level)
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, low-hand holding environments

• MBA, CFA, CPA
• Investment banking background
• Experience with tools like One Stream or Hyperion

$170K–$190K base + 20% bonus + equity
