• This role requires an active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting is essential

• This position is not
  suitable for newly qualified nurses.

• Pay: £21.00 per hour
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shifts: Day shifts only
• Contract: Permanent
• Setting: Purpose-built nursing home for older adults

• Day-only shifts with a consistent weekly pattern
• Purpose-built home with landscaped gardens and well-planned layouts
• Clear clinical autonomy within an established care structure
• Onsite parking available
• Access to pension scheme and ongoing training

• Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with active NMC PIN
• Proven experience in a nursing home, elderly care, or similar setting
• Confidence making autonomous clinical decisions
• Strong understanding of medication management and care planning

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents during day shifts
• Assess residents’ health and respond to changes appropriately
• Administer medications in line with policies and best practice
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Lead and guide care staff to ensure consistent standards
• Liaise with families and healthcare professionals as needed
