IT Specialist / IT Helpdesk

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary:
Up to £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to users
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
• Support day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues when required and liaise with external providers
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies

• Previous experience in an IT Support / IT Helpdesk role is essential
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are an advantage
