An amazing opportunity has arisen in Luton for carers and nurses as One Call
24 Healthcare are looking to recruit a team to work with an incredible young woman. This role will involve the carers to oversee health related issues throughout the day, as she requires care with Tracheostomy/ Ventilator, Peg feeding and support with Suctioning. We are looking for healthcare workers and nurses who can deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan, created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.

We are passionate about delivering the best quality nursing led care and we are looking for like-minded professional who have great customer service skills, a passion to succeed and a proven track record of experience within this specialist area of healthcare at home.

• Oversee health related issues throughout the day for an incredible young woman who requires care with Tracheostomy/ Ventilator, Peg feeding and support with Suctioning.
• Deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan created to meet the needs of the individual client.
• Work under the supervision of Nurse Managers who provide support and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and opportunities for professional development.

• Healthcare workers and nurses who can deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan.

• Great customer service skills, a passion to succeed and a proven track record in this specialist area of healthcare at home.
