Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. Deputy Home Manager

Full Time - 37 hours per week
Weekdays and weekends

Salary: £40,071 per year (£20.77 per hour)

• You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.
• You’ll help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.

• Essential to hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
• You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
