Ready to shape the financial trajectory of a thriving, ambitious organisation? Join our FP&A & Property Finance team as a Business Analyst and play a key role in powering strategic planning, advanced modelling, and impactful reporting across the Group.

• Business Planning for the Group: understand the 5‑year plan and translate it into budgets and forecasts; work closely with stakeholders to identify drivers and outputs.
• New Site Modelling: review current Excel spreadsheet models, look for efficiencies and potential developments to enhance business understanding and reporting.
• Collaborate with the FP&A Manager and wider team to deliver timely and insightful reporting to FD, CFO and Exec/Board.
• Translate the internal plan into simple key external messages and guidance, enabling analysts and investors to model future financial performance and avoid misalignment.
• Provide ad‑hoc support such as capital reporting, UK business plans and KPI decks.

• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills and ability to build strong networks with finance and cross‑functional teams.
• Good understanding of core principles of investment and accounting processes.
• Experience in a similar analytical role where finance acts as a key partner in driving and influencing business success.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis within a multi‑site or property‑focused environment.
• Financial modelling – experience in developing, interrogating and delivering models to evaluate financial concepts.
