• Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 English.
• Cultivating a positive learning environment where students feel challenged and supported.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to ensure high levels of achievement.
• Collaborating with a forward-thinking team to develop innovative curriculum resources.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in English or a closely related subject.
• The ability to start ASAP and hit the ground running.
• Strong classroom management skills and a genuine desire to improve student outcomes.
• An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
